As first, it can be a little overwhelming with all the machines, dumbbells, and people who look like they've spent their lives in there. But once you get the hang of the movements and where everything is, you'll be a pro in no time. I made this free printable workouts to guide you around the gym, and keep you focused on your workouts. Check each box as completed as you move along to keep you on track. Don't be afraid to adjust the workouts based on your comfort level and also your personal fitness level. That being said; be sure to push yourself! It's suppose to burn while you do it! You won't see results if you're slacking and if you're not consistent. So use the helpful worksheet (file down below) while you workout!
